I forgot or lost something on the premises of the Viennese Ice Dream. Are lost and found objects collected somewhere?

All lost and found items are kept for three days and then handed over to the lost property office.

Lost property office:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm and Thursdays, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
